Remembrance Day - Ignite Your Purpose #IYP 176Remembrance day has arrived as it does each and every year. We remember the fallen hero's, the vetrans now no longer serving in our militay, we pray for the serving member of the military and now more collectively those members of many forces not categorised as military but who serve us all.Each year we hear different stories, and take a moment.This year I wore my beret, having been a civilian for 12 years it was a poignant moment and made me reflect on things not obvious to most.I thought of the sacrifice and suffering of those that have not served, those who sacrificed much themselves and have had neither help to work through the pain or recognition. This is for family

Good Opinions - Ignite Your Purpose #IYP 174GOOP or good opinions (of ) other people - we care more about what others think about a certain action or behaviour that what they mean to us.If the Matrix is real, then we have been programmed since birth almost to look outwards for love, happiness and self validation. This needs to stop, because in all truth no one really cares that much about anyone but themselves, yet we tend to want to believe we are the centre of everyone else world...which cripples us with fears of judgement from others....how bizarre is that?!

Fear and Love - Ignite Your Purpose #IYP 172We are made up of 50 Billion cells and those cells are expressed not by our genes, but rather the environment in which they are expressed.Its ultimately the perception of the mind that controls our cells, if we are constantly in fear (otherwise called Stress these days, they express bad functions and if we think love the opposite can than happen in our system and life. National Vegan Day - Ignite Your Purpose #IYP 169Today is National Vegan Day, the title is a big give a way, but what is this and how does it affect Max and I and all of you. Being Vegan is a way of life, a cause and a passion for some but begause being Vegan is the next big thing besides CBD oil we are all having Vegan shoved in our faces.Ok I (JB) am a Vegan - technically I'm WFPB (whole food plant based) which has a lot of simialaraties one of which is this - you can still be vegan, eat no real food - thats right junk - WFPB does not say o meat fish or dairy, just limiting it and heres the kicker as close as you can go for those products as close to wild as possible.I'll continue in the show, no idea what Max is going to say but for sure you will find out real soon.

Ignorance Is Not Bliss - Ignite Your Purpose #167Knowing and not doing is the same as not knowing - pop that in your pipe and smoke it.......Seriously take a few moments to really process that sentence - We and by that, we are talking about the majority of the masses are spending our lives in search of knowledge, of education, enlightenment - the next podcast, blog, vlog, youtube clip, magazine article and so on with the hope that there will be the golden nugget of information/knowledge that will change our lives and usually change our lives with the minimum of effort.Apart from stating the obvious that it does not exist, there is no short cut or easy way out - beyond that if you do find it, it actually requires that we all get off our butt's to actually do something rather than hearing the echoing cries of..... But I...... cant because.....That is the same as not having read or watched it in the first place.
