I learned a ton. Sam is releasing her new website, programs, perfumes tomorrow so we by fluke got into some of what she is going to have on the site

I am one that has ever counted micros or calories or fats ect but I have to say ... why not ... let’s give it a try and see how my body reacts. As well I am then supporting another small up and coming business 🤟❤️
