John Barrett was at an event / seminar with some family members and during the talks by the speakers he noticed some #energy #changes - as well once he got home he noticed he was very #fatigued 😴
I think we all understand #vibrations and energy #frequencies and when we surround ourselves with those whom carry that #heavyenergy we end up feeling it ... if we do not know how to #protect ourselves from it or at least #cleanse ourselves afterwards 🙌🙏
Be #aware of those around us that try to suck us into their #vortex (they may not even know they are doing it)
