Enjoy The Process - Ignite Your Purpose #IYP 177
Being in the moment - its a phrase thrown around for fun these days but what does it mean.
For us at times and we are human after all get caught up in the whats next, which show, have we a topic, how many listens, any likes today - in short the superficial bullshit that really does not matter one iota.
Enjoying the process is taking an active part in whatever is going on in that moment, listening engaging and if at the end of say a sentence you need a second to think about an answer, thats ok to take a moment, rather than not listening because your attempting to work out your reply, the point is you miss it all.
Max and I reflect today on the journey over the last year, when one or both of us were on screen but not actively engaged in the convo because it was all too new and taking lots of mental capacity to keep up.
