Pleasure Seeking - Ignite Your Purpose #IYP 173
We are pleasure seeking animals, it is in our DNA its buils into the oldest part of our brain - I think this is the brain stem....... Happy to be corrected on that front.
However events in life either move us towards pleasure or away from it - towards dopamine or away.
