Fear and Love - Ignite Your Purpose #IYP 172
We are made up of 50 Billion cells and those cells are expressed not by our genes, but rather the environment in which they are expressed.
Its ultimately the perception of the mind that controls our cells, if we are constantly in fear (otherwise called Stress these days, they express bad functions and if we think love the opposite can than happen in our system and life.
I understand that we can quite literally make ourselves better or worse by how we think.
A huge rabbit hole to climb down but Max and I will throw some ideas into the mix and we will see where we end up.
