We talk #adaptability

There are a lot of ways to go on in this subject — for myself I think of it as we either adapt or we #parish.

John Barrett had a great insight where we claimed that we as human's are in the #business of adapting. Think about a health issue's, loss of income or a job, natural disasters, we are always overcoming and adapting to the situations we all face being part of this planet and the human race.

The mindset, the knowledge base, the technology changes... if we do not adapt as individuals we are doing ourselves a dis services of truly becoming who we are meant to be.
