Episode 102 - Ignite Your Purpose

Health Matters More When We've Lost It!!!

Well, today's show comes straight from our #hearts it is that simple.
The last few days John Barrett and myself have seen some things that have effected us to a point where we are both looking for answers.

Such as; why, where did this start, when did we give up, what was more important than. Just to name a few

It seems that the normal is-when it comes to health, is that we think or feel it's so one else's responsibility to take care of us...once we need some help...fair enough

But what happened to that "take care of yourself" #hustle? Where did that I'll put in my fair share of work as well to MAINTAIN what I have, to get just a little better tomorrow then I was today, to work hard to keep feeling this friggin good?

We both witnessed people this last week whom are so far gone, so in pain, so unhappy and un healthy....heart breaking and it truly -truly makes you #APPRECIATE and UNDERSTAND how blessed we are to have our health...

By the way it isn't a right that is given to us-it's not a magic pill-its something we have to work in daily in our current society.

Once we don't have it I can only imagine how bad we would want it back...that I'd give anything mentality...and at that point money-fame-power will absolutely NOT matter...only your health will
