No matter if the thing we do is good or bad, if we keep doing it over and over and over again...at some point we will get really good at it — correct?

Let's take #sports, #reading, a new #language, #activities you name it you are bound to be better than the first time...this is #fact

So how do we as team #human not think that -what we say to #ourself or #think to ourselves does not have the same #implicationsor effects?

They must, so why would we not start trying to pay attention to what is happening with those thoughts, sayings, words, that are on auto repeat in our heads?

The moment we can notice these and start to tame them is the moment we can begin to change for the better.

John Barrett speaks on how he has started to notice this "bitching" at times and when he does notice it he can stop it, or tame it. For myself I also see that the old patterns of being are just that on repeat and if I do not change the channel - in the end nothing will ever change!
