Where Did We Come From

Max almost every show tells us he is 10 Years in da Soto Zen game - a baby compared to his 7 generation lineage teacher (thats 175 years ish)

I remember he told me about his first meeting and I thought it would be intersting for him to share that tale and to reflect on how far hehas moved on.

Also last night was the eclipse and full moon, other planets are aligned and even if you believe it or not there is alot of energy and vibration flying around.

It was last night, but not too late to burn your journals, clear out the draws and shelves, clothing books, crap that no longer serves you.

The negative vibes thoughts and belifes, write them down and then in the trash or burn them, good thoughts and the bad - it creates space for growth and renewal.
