My reply to Mr John Barrett the UK 🇬🇧 boss man - and his question about my lack of technology today as we were without power and internet services for 16 plus hours - kinda cool kinda weird. Here is my take ❤️👊🙌

there is no right or wrong answer of course just the one that works for you at that moment, balance is unnatural very hard to attain because just as we find it the world keeps trucking along and we wobble off again. Tech is pervasive in every area of our lives and will accelerate across all areas of our lives until there is no escape. All we can do is take peace in the moments that we have stepped away, set rules or guidelines to limit its intrusion into our day to day and ensure it does not get in the way of our most precious relationships. I’m sure to be continued.
