The question is...when you are busy how do you find the time for yourself?

If you are a single mom, mom, parent, hustler, in school, holding down 4 jobs, business owner...we are all the same but different so busy is busy. Yet how do you make time for you? 5 minutes, 2 minutes, a weekend. Put yourself first so you can be better for those aroud you.
