Cultivating Community 2, Am I Magnesium Deficient?
In this episode we go over some of the major changes I have personally experienced since adding magnesium into my daily go to vitamins for health. I have about 5 major go to's over the last 2 years and adding this super nutrient has been major!
So for me I noticed (as we upped our workouts to the next level, and took our fight training to the next level) that muscle soreness was nothing like it use to be.
For example when I would travel to tropical destinations and spend countless hours in the ocean, I never was soar like the rest of the time when I trained, and it was not until I connected the salt from the ocean being Magnesium that it all made sense.
